I think you are correct about the whole check "download/network usage graph" because it does show peaks of internet speed and current disk usage but with nothing showing after subscribing to a mod in the workshop. I do see the mods present in game after the download status stops but this is only possible if you restart the game. Well i am not on steam beta and the mods i subscribe too do not download so i tried to install them manually in the mods folder etc and they still do not show up when the game starts. However the ARMA 3 Launcher still has an issue in that it is not listing all the mods from the !workshop folder. Workshop mods not downloading at all I have an issue when I subscribe a mod from Workshop it doesn't initiate the download. If it does initiate it, it shows up in downloads but doesn't progress at all. If I restart Steam the download is gone and nothing happens.
