Hey i have the same problem but since quite some time and i set up my PC fresh yesterday downloaded Skyrim and tried to download the mods but it still didnt work tried the fix with resubcribing didnt work.But what i noticed even with a fresh skyrim and no mods installed my skyrim was still checking for 1 mond what couldnt be so i think i have a "bugged mod" which ♥♥♥♥s up my downloading and i dont now what to do.I even reinstalled it again so yea if you have any idea that would be great.
